Check the engine, idling the top of the car to the highest, feel whether the engine vibrates and whether it will stop firing when the car is idling, and the engine should also pay attention to whether there is exhaust oil, whether there is any burr in the sound, etc. Then, checking the engine cover, opening the engine cover and visually inspect the exhausting pipe for signs of smoke.

4. Check the hydraulic cylinder and oil pipe. The best case is that the chrome-plated surface of the hydraulic cylinder has no scratches, dents or traces of oil leakage.

5. Check the oil pump for oil leakage, check the oil nozzle, check the travel motor, and see if the pipeline has been replaced.

6. Whether the idling speed unilateral walking is powerful, it is very powerful and does not stop the fire, it proves that there is no problem.

7. The chain rib is worn, the oil seal seeps oil, and the turntable has a gap, which are normal phenomena.

8. Check the bucket and boom, the excavator is not always used as an excavating machine, the builder sometimes uses them to drive piles or use them to lay pipes, and carefully check the part where the rear arm is connected to the excavator, if the rear arm is connected to the excavator. Excessive wear on the connections below can lead to loss of value of the entire device.

9. Check the welding on the used excavator body, and carefully check whether there are pear patterns on the excavator and welding marks left by non-original manufacturing.

10. Check the rubber track and chassis, the rubber track on a small excavator is different from the steel belt on a large machine, it is suitable for grass and driveways.

11. Check the driving operation. After the engine is warmed up and started, tilt the machine to make it stand on only one side of the belt, and rotate the belts on both sides to stand.
